Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Do you offer custom sizing?
We offer custom orders through a dedicated process. Standard pieces are not available in custom sizing.
Bespoke Orders
Do you offer custom designs or made-to-measure pieces?
We take a limited number of custom orders based on availability. To begin, you’ll need to complete a short custom order form. Once submitted, we’ll schedule a virtual appointment to discuss your design preferences, fabric choices, and sizing. Custom orders are confirmed only after the consultation and are subject to approval. Timelines and pricing will vary depending on the request.

Product Care
How should I care for my RouRue pieces?
Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, we recommend dry clean or hand wash only. Care instructions are also provided with each garment.
